The complaint alleged that L Brands, Inc., L Brands Service Company, LLC, and the Retirement Plan Committee of the L Brands, Inc. 401(k) Savings and Retirement Plan violated the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (“ERISA”) in the administration of the L Brands, Inc. 401(k) Savings and Retirement Plan.
Those, who are or may be a Participant, Former Participant, Beneficiary or Alternate Payee of a Participant or Former Participant, of the Plan at any time on or after November 23, 2014, through and including September 20, 2022, can be entitled to the payout.
